All content posted here is mine (belonging to and created by Kris M.) unless otherwise specified. Please do not share without providing attribution in the form of a link to the original post. This site treats its audience with respect, and expects respect in return. I use my own photos where possible. At times I will use photos that I believe to be stock photos or photos from creative commons that are free for commercial use. I will always include attribution where required. Please reach me if you believe I have used your photo in error.
Posts are written from my personal experience and research. Any information on this website should be viewed with discretion as being for entertainment purposes only.
I welcome responses to my posts. Please do contact me if you see anything inaccurate and I’ll be sure to fix it as soon as possible. However, please use common sense when implementing any suggestions or looking to replicate something that I have posted about. This is particularly true of medical information. Please contact a professional before attempting anything that is beyond your skill level or before implementing any health suggestions that may be posted or implied on this website.
Any information collected on this blog will never be sold or used for any spammy behavior. At the time of writing collected email addresses will receive a monthly email for weeks when there is a new post at Growing Wild Roots. Subscribers are free to unsubscribe at any time and will, at that time, receive no further contact from me.
